Leadership is the knack of getting someone to do something that one wants because he or she intends to execute it. The figureheads establish guidelines, form and share an inspiring visualization so that others can follow willingly. Leaders avail information, knowledge, and methods that organize the contradictory welfares of all associates and shareholders (Leigh, 2013).

Discussion

A leader paces up in a time of calamity and can ponder and act ingeniously in precarious circumstances. While situating guidelines the figurehead employs administrative skills to guide other people to the right way in a sophisticated and practical fashion. Leadership cannot be taught, although it can be learned and enhanced through formulation or mentoring (Durkheim, 2017). A Leader can be ethical in some of the dimensions of moral leadership, a scenario that can positively influence an organization’s culture. An attempt to change the culture from toxic to ethical would serve to bolster an organization performance and create a robust bond among organization stakeholders.

Leaders may be exemplary when it comes to protecting the prospect of an organization such as corporate culture or other areas of their moral obligation. The individuals may show apprehension for their atmosphere or be active in municipal service (Mendonca & Kanungo, 2007). The leaders have a special assignment in working together towards an important organization’s issue such as culture. In doing so, the result would be a turnaround of an organization culture from toxic to ethical by using natural leadership with a purpose of creating a competitive edge against rival companies.

Conclusion

            It is usually problematic to instill a wrongdoing within an organization. Supreme leaders do not echo for fear of vengeance or non-action. Turning an organization’s culture from toxic to ethical would play part in thriving of the organization in question.
